Green Toys makes vehicles, playsets, and outdoor toys from 100% recycled materials, primarily post-consumer recycled milk jugs. The plastic is collected, cleaned, shredded, reprocessed into raw material, and combined with food-safe, mineral-based coloring. Products are free from BPA, phthalates, and harmful coatings, and are tested for safety and durability. The brand began manufacturing exclusively in the USA and now produces toys both domestically and in carefully selected facilities abroad, while continuing to prioritize American-based production.
