Canvas Growth Chart

Finished-product testing for phthalates, lead, and soluble metals applies across products, and no flame retardants or chemical fabric finishes are used.

The growth chart is organic cotton canvas with a wooden rod and cotton twine; no finish, dye, or ink chemistry information relevant to emissions is published for this specific item, and no emissions certificate (GREENGUARD or equivalent) is named anywhere for it.

The product has a waxed cotton twine hanging cord for wall mounting, but no cord length, reach-safety guidance, or crib-proximity warning is published anywhere for this item.

The item can be mounted on a hook or nail but supplies no anchoring hardware and states no wall-mounting safety guidance; nothing elsewhere in the brand's materials addresses mounting or tip-over safety for this or similar wall-hung items.

We queried the complete CPSC recall registry (10,016 records, 1973-2026) directly for this brand and found two recalls, both remedied voluntarily with no injuries reported: a 2021 wooden-puzzle choking recall and a 2024 phthalate recall in a plastic-covered art card product. Neither covers this canvas growth chart or its product line.

Finished products are tested for phthalates, lead, and soluble metals and carry CPSIA and UKCA compliance, and none of the named certifications (GOTS, FSC) is claimed for this canvas item.

Full materials (100% organic cotton canvas, wooden rod, waxed cotton twine) and country of manufacture (India) are disclosed, and a retailer independently confirms Wee Gallery's cotton/canvas items are made in a GOTS-certified facility in South India, adding a fact the brand alone does not state.

The finished product's materials are named at the component level (organic cotton canvas, wooden rod, waxed cotton twine) but no dye or ink chemistry, wood finish, or adhesive information is given specifically for this growth chart.
