Classic Wave Mattress Cover

The cover is marketed with star quilting for extra support and breathable comfort, without stating a thickness or confirming the surface stays firm and flat under it. Independent testing found the underlying mattress itself easy to compress, adding to the softness concern.

The product names the exact compatible models (Maxi and Maxi Tall) and explicitly excludes Original and Pre-2020 models, giving a same-brand fit claim tied to the mattress pad it is designed for, though without published dimensions.

The bassinet mattress this cover fits is sold and tested separately, but no federal standard or CPC is named for the cover or its companion mattress on the pages we reviewed.

We queried the CPSC recall registry directly across its full 1973-2026 corpus and found exactly one record: a 2018 recall of Babynest crib bumpers, a different accessory than this mattress cover. The brand proactively contacted purchasers, with no injuries reported.

The cover is named as OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class 1 certified for babies and stated free from hazardous chemicals, but no waterproofing polymer or PVC/PFAS-free statement is given for this fabric cover.

The mattress cover carries the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class 1 certificate for babies, independently repeated by a reviewer, though no certificate number is published.

The companion mattress is food-grade, CFC-free foam with no detectable VOC off-gassing claimed by the brand, but no GREENGUARD or CertiPUR-US certificate is named for either the mattress or this cotton cover.

This mattress cover carries no load-bearing hardware, casters, or frame components, and no load rating, locking-caster statement, or torque guidance applies to or is published for it.

The cover is 100% premium cotton with a hidden zipper and machine-washable to 104°F, but no country of manufacture, warranty term, or spare-parts route is published for this accessory.

The mattress cover is a fitted, flat textile with no cords, straps, or hanging elements, and nothing about reach, cord length, or hanging weight limits is published for it.

The cover itself is disclosed as 100% premium cotton, but component-level detail (dyes, thread, zipper material) is not given, and the more detailed foam-grade disclosures we found apply to the mattress, not this cover.
