Clip On High Chair

This chair clamps to a table and is a hook-on design, so the applicable rule is 16 CFR 1233/ASTM F1235, yet neither the brand nor the retailer listings name that standard or a Children's Product Certificate for it; Target's data cites only a generic 'Meets ASTM Standards' claim. The brand does separately name JPMA and ASTM-F833 certification for its strollers, showing it discloses specific standards elsewhere.

The tray and seat materials are listed only as generic 'Plastic, Metal & Fabric' with no named food-contact polymer, no bisphenol-free statement, and no migration or lab data anywhere we could find.

The chair is described with a 3-point harness (waist and crotch strap) rather than a 5-point design, and neither the brand nor the retailer data describes a passive crotch post separate from the strap, or how the tray or clamp bar is latched against a child pushing free.

We found no replacement interval, sterilization guidance, or shedding/degradation data published for this chair — only a wipe-clean instruction for routine cleaning, nothing about heat exposure or long-term wear.

We queried the CPSC recall database covering over 10,000 records back to 1973 and found no recall filed against this brand in any role. The corpus's coverage of comparable product classes like strollers and pacifiers confirms the search methodology works.

The brand publishes a Slide-to-Fit clamp mechanism, a maximum table thickness range of 0.4-3.5 inches, and a 37-pound weight limit, but no independent stability or clamp-dislodgement testing is described anywhere for this product.

It undertakes third-party testing and all products meet US safety regulations, without naming a lab, a standard, or a certificate for this high chair specifically. No method or result is given anywhere for this product.

The chair states a single weight limit (37 lbs) and a clamp/twist-lock attachment method, but no age minimum beyond 'sits independently,' no load-testing data, and no detail on the harness or clamp hardware's long-term durability.

The materials list names Plastic, Metal and Fabric with no polymer type, supplier, or country of manufacture, and manufacturing practices are described only in general terms. A one-year limited warranty against defects is published for this chair.

We found no disclosure of the seat fabric's chemistry, no flame-retardant or PFAS statement, and no finish information for the metal or plastic components beyond 'wipe-clean, easy-wash' marketing.
