Ezra Quilted Change Pad Cover

The cotton sateen fabric this cover is made from carries no GOTS or OEKO-TEX certification claim anywhere on its listing — only an AZO-free dye claim, with no organic-fibre or chemical-safety certification named for the finished textile.

The cover states it fits a standard 16" x 32" change pad mattress and includes openings for the safety straps, preserving the restraint system's usability — the design-compatibility fact this criterion asks for in a cover.

The cover's padding is named as polyester fill, but no fire-retardant status, VOC testing, or any certification covering that fill is disclosed.

The printed cotton sateen is dyed with AZO-free dyes, a specific and falsifiable claim about this fabric, but no method or test result backs it and nothing addresses fragrance or scented finishes on the cover.

We queried the CPSC recall database across its full history and found no record naming Crane Baby in any role. The corpus demonstrably covers diapers, cribs and strollers, confirming the clean result reflects the brand's absence rather than a gap in the search.

This cover names no certification or standard at all for the finished item — only that the dyes used are AZO-free. No lab, method, or registry trail is given, and the matching retailer listing confirms no certifications are on file for this product.

The cover's construction is disclosed layer by layer: 100% cotton sateen exterior with a polyester fill, quilted together, plus AZO-free dyes on the print.

No dermatological or skin-contact testing, institute, or hypoallergenic claim is published for this cover anywhere in its product copy.

The country of manufacture is disclosed (made in India, designed in USA), but no product-specific warranty or repair route is published beyond a generic damaged-item replacement process that applies brand-wide rather than to this cover.
