The BumiBébé Round Pacifier Two-Pack from HEVEA is a soothing pacifier for infants and toddlers ages 3 months and up, made from 100% natural rubber latex tapped from the Hevea brasiliensis tree. It comes in a two-pack in Dove Grey and Sage, with a completely round shield shaped to mimic the maternal breast, and two integrated ventilation openings built into the shield to support airflow near the skin.
The pacifier is built from a single, seamless piece of rubber, which helps prevent water retention and internal mould buildup compared to designs with seams or joints. Its color comes from natural, mineral-based pigments approved for use in baby and toddler products. Before first use, and periodically afterward, the maker recommends sterilizing the pacifier by soaking it in freshly boiled water for 5 minutes, then letting it cool and squeezing out trapped water from the teat. For daily care, it should be cleaned with warm water and mild soap; dishwashers and microwave sterilizers are not recommended, as high heat and harsh detergents can break down the natural rubber.
The pacifier should be pull-tested before each use and replaced every 6 to 8 weeks, or immediately if any wear, splits, or stickiness appear. The packaging is made from FSC-certified paper with a plant-based Earthfirst PLA window film.
