The Jog & Lounge Travel System pairs the all-terrain X5 Jogger stroller frame with the Orbit Baby G5 Bassinet, giving families a flat, enclosed space for newborn outings that is ready from birth and later converts to the G5 Stroller Seat as a child grows. It is also SmartHub compatible with the Orbit Baby Infant & Toddler Car Seat and M+ Stroller Seat, so the same base can dock different seating options as needs change. The stroller seat rotates a full 360 degrees on the SmartHub base, and 12-inch front and 16-inch rear airless tires, each with its own suspension, keep the ride cushioned on rough terrain.

The stroller frame is made from an aerospace-grade, anodized aluminum frame, and the fabrics are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified and made with premium mélange textiles. The seat includes memory foam cushioning, a full-coverage, water-repellent UPF 50+ sunshade, and a 5-point harness with a removable support bar. The G5 Bassinet has a breathable aero-mesh mattress insert and soft-touch interior upholstery that removes easily for machine washing, plus a rocker base that rocks sideways for easy reach; the bassinet collapses to 6 inches high and has side carrying handles for travel.

The stroller seat must be removed before the frame can be folded. The system meets ASTM F2050 and F833 safety standards, is Prop 65 and CPSIA compliant, and the bassinet on its rocker base meets 16 CFR 1218 / ASTM F2194-25 for bassinets and cradles. It carries a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the stroller convert to a double?

The X5 Stroller does not convert to a double and is not compatible with Orbit Baby's Helix+ attachment or Sidekick Skateboard.

At what age can you start jogging with an infant?

As each child's development is different, you should always consult with your pediatrician before using a stroller for jogging with your baby. Subject to your pediatrician's advice, for jogging use, it is generally recommended that your child should be at least 8 months old. In addition, only use an Orbit Baby seat that is rated for your child's age, weight, and height.

Can the G5 Bassinet be used for sleep?

Yes, on its rocker base with the anti-rock arms engaged, the G5 Bassinet is suitable for overnight sleep and can be used beside your bed. Use it from birth until your baby can roll over or push up on hands and knees, about 5 to 6 months, or 20 lbs (9 kg), whichever comes first.
