The Mini Mat is one piece of colour-pigmented silicone with the plate compartments moulded into the mat rather than printed onto it, so there is no decal, paint or glaze on any food-contact surface, and the silicone is free of lead and cadmium and third-party quality tested. Heavy-metal results for the pigmented surface itself are not published.

The Mini Feeding Set is third-party quality tested for BPA, BPS, PVC and phthalates, and ezpz products are tested annually by an independent laboratory for compliance with applicable CPSC and FDA requirements; the silicone line is CPSC certified and FDA approved.
