I tried this for my babies infant acne/ dry skin. My guy had an allergic reaction to this his whole face got red and angry. He was so itchy and uncomfortable. The doctor told me to avoid any products with coconut oil in them because they are seeing a lot of allergies related to this as it causes a strong immune response when introduced via the skin before ever being introduced through food. . look up a caution against coconut oil in infants and it explains in detail how bad it can be. Even had he not had a reaction exposing your little one to coconut oil via the skin barrier can cause a potential allergy down the road when ingested. I wish I had known this before using this product on an infant. May be safe for older kids but I feel the company should maybe market this for children over 12 months who have been exposed to coconut oil via food.
