The face balm liquid is separated. Everytime i squeeze, only oil is coming out. Can we still use it?

The new look bottle was just supposed to be a new look and no changes but this bottle was way less full and way thinner so it gets used up quickly. Will have to find a replacement face cream for my little guy with sensitive skin.
