Summer Cover

The cover attaches with universal straps, snaps and a Velcro adjustment that is easy to use and adjustable as the child grows, but no rated load or method of attachment testing is given.

The fabric is marketed as water resistant, windproof and UPF-rated, but no PFAS-free or PVC-free statement, no named fabric composition, and no residual chemical disclosure accompanies this accessory's listing.

The Summer Cover attaches to and is used with a carrier a baby rides in, so it stays in scope for CPSIA-related tracking and certification review, but no compliance trail or tracking label statement is published for this specific accessory.

We queried the CPSC recall database covering over 10,000 records back to 1973 and found no recall filed against this brand in any role. The search corpus demonstrably covers strollers, carriers and similar product classes, confirming the clean result is meaningful.

The cover is water resistant and windproof with UPF sun-shielding fabric, but no fabric name, PFAS-free statement, or chemistry method accompanies these claims. A GREENGUARD Gold mention found elsewhere is ambiguous and not tied to this accessory.

OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification is referenced for the Hipster Plus carrier's fabric, but no certification claim is made for the Summer Cover itself anywhere we found. The claim exists, but it covers a different product in this family.

The cover uses snaps and Velcro adjustment rather than named small hardware, and a reviewer notes the Velcro bottom adjusts the length, but the brand does not state that parts are secured or sized out of a seated child's reach.

The Summer Cover carries a concrete 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, with stated exclusions, and a dedicated downloadable manual. The fabric composition and country of manufacture for this specific accessory are not published.
