Sweet Family Gift Set: Black Dollhouse & Dollhouse Garage & Extra Dolls Set

Wood and coatings are non-toxic and lab-tested in general brand language, but the dolls — the least-documented piece, including their fabric — get no separate chemistry disclosure, no named method, and no result.

There is no information on whether the dolls' features are embroidered versus glued, whether small accessories like the surfboard or lawnmower pieces are secured, or how any small parts are tested for detachment.

The product names the three components — dollhouse, garage, and dolls — but gives no material breakdown or dimensions per piece beyond a brand-wide birch/pine/cotton claim, so neither material nor size is stated for any individual component.

We queried the CPSC recall registry directly across its full corpus and found one Tiny Land recall, for play tents — a different product line than this dollhouse gift set. It was a voluntary, cooperative repair recall, not a forced or contested action, and covers a component outside this set.

No age grade is stated for this specific gift set; the brand's general policy notes most toys suit 3+ with supervision recommended under that age, but nothing grades this bundle or its dolls.

The brand names ASTM F963, CPSIA, EN71-3, CE and other standards attest that products are tested by independent third-party labs against them, including the water-based paint finish, for the finished product line — but no certificate number or registry trail is published for this specific dollhouse set.

Warranty terms conflict across the brand's own pages — one states a 30-day replacement-parts warranty, while a 90-day warranty for quality issues is stated elsewhere — leaving shoppers unable to rely on a single, concrete figure for a post-sale obligation the brand still owes.

The brand asserts third-party testing to ASTM F963, CPSIA and EN 71 across its toy range, but no result, report, or certificate is tied specifically to the dollhouse, garage, or dolls in this set, and no per-component breakdown is given.

What's included — one dollhouse, one garage, one set of wooden dolls — but gives no individual sizes, no quantities beyond '1x' each, and no note on whether colours or accessories might vary from what's photographed.
