CURATEIQ

TrustScore breakdown

93 /100

We take what's most important for a product to determine the TrustScore. Here's our research:

Component & Mechanical Safety 95

Every door and knob opens and turns smoothly, and reviews report no pinch injuries, broken hinges or detached small parts. Its Children's Product Certificate (PopJoy Play Kitchen Creamy White, TLTGPK001WT, report AMZ251495), issued by VISHTEC LLC on testing from October 22 to November 18, 2025 at CPSC-accepted lab 1721 (Ningbo Customs District Technology Center), certifies ASTM F963-23 and the 16 CFR 1500.50 physical and mechanical tests.

Construction Durability 92

The kitchen's 59 reviews overwhelmingly describe it as sturdy and holding up to years of hard toddler use. A handful mention assembly difficulty or a broken shelf piece that the brand replaced. Assembly takes an estimated 50-70 minutes with the tools provided.

Material & Finish Safety 95

Its Children's Product Certificate (PopJoy Play Kitchen Creamy White, TLTGPK001WT, report AMZ251495), issued by VISHTEC LLC on testing from October 22 to November 18, 2025 at CPSC-accepted lab 1721 (Ningbo Customs District Technology Center), certifies lead in the surface coatings and substrate and the phthalates ban. One review reports scuff marks on delivery.

Toy Safety Compliance 95

Its Children's Product Certificate (PopJoy Play Kitchen Creamy White, TLTGPK001WT, report AMZ251495), issued by VISHTEC LLC on testing from October 22 to November 18, 2025 at CPSC-accepted lab 1721 (Ningbo Customs District Technology Center), certifies the kitchen to ASTM F963-23 via 16 CFR 1250, the physical, mechanical and flammability tests, tracking labels, lead and phthalates.

Age Grading & Choking Safety 95

The kitchen is labeled for ages 3-7 with an adjustable height, and its Children's Product Certificate (report AMZ251495, CPSC-accepted lab 1721) certifies it for ages 3 and over after small-parts testing of its 23 accessories.

Recall History 92

Tiny Land has one CPSC recall on record: recall #26-526 of June 4, 2026, covering about 7,500 Children's Play Tents (SKU TLTGTT003BG) whose fiberglass poles can shed fibers and irritate skin and eyes, remedied with a free repair kit of plastic replacement poles under a Fast Track recall. That recall does not cover this play kitchen, which belongs to a different product line.

Certification Credibility 95

Its Children's Product Certificate (PopJoy Play Kitchen Creamy White, TLTGPK001WT, report AMZ251495), issued by VISHTEC LLC on testing from October 22 to November 18, 2025 at CPSC-accepted lab 1721 (Ningbo Customs District Technology Center), resolves the stated ASTM F963 and CPC claims to a named report, lab ID and dates. The CE and EN71 claims carry no certificate number.

Transparency & Support 84

The kitchen is listed as MDF and solid wood with non-toxic paint, but the wood species, paint chemistry, hardware materials and country of manufacture for this kitchen are not published.

There is reason the price point is where it is, this thing is awesome, heck I wanna play with it. Took me some time to build but very easy directions to follow and nice solid wood. Thing will last for a long time. Highly recommend.
