Tranquility Wave Mattress Pad

This pad is the bassinet's mattress, sold separately from the frame: the foam core thickness is stated with the compatible models named, but no firmness or flatness result is published and no instruction limits use to a single pad.

Each pad in this family is made for one named set of babybay models, with the models it fits and the ones it does not fit stated on its own page, and a model identification guide linked to confirm the fit.

This aftermarket mattress pad has published thickness, materials and certification detail, but does not name the applicable federal standard for aftermarket bassinet mattresses or publish a CPC.

We queried the complete CPSC recall registry (1973–2026) for this brand and found exactly one record: a 2018 recall of Babynest crib bumpers, a different accessory line, not this mattress pad. Babybay proactively contacted purchasers, and no injuries were reported.

The cover fabric (52% polyester, 47% lyocell, 1% carbon fiber) is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified with a certificate number, and the pad is free from hazardous chemicals, though no waterproofing polymer is named since this is not a waterproof protector.

The mattress pad is certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100, with a certificate number (12.0.03346), confirming it is free of harmful substances.

The pad is 100% CFC-free with no flame retardants, but no GREENGUARD, CertiPUR-US or CARB Phase 2 certificate is named, and no test method or result supports the emissions claim.

This mattress pad has no casters, conversion hardware or load-bearing frame parts, and nothing is published about load rating or stability for the pad itself.

The cover's fiber blend (52% polyester, 47% lyocell, 1% carbon fiber) and foam composition are published, but country of manufacture and warranty terms for this pad are not stated anywhere we found.

The pad has no cords, straps or hanging elements, and nothing is published addressing reach, mounting position or hanging weight limits for this accessory.

The cover fiber blend and a 'premium grade' foam core are named, but the foam's chemical composition, adhesives and any fire barrier are not disclosed for this specific pad.
