We queried the complete CPSC recall corpus — 9,944 records covering 1973 to August 2026 — and found one LÍLLÉbaby entry: a voluntary November 2018 recall of about 6,600 Active Series carriers, a different line from this one, after three reports of the sliding chest-clip strap detaching from the shoulder strap, with one child falling and no injuries reported. Consumers were notified directly and offered a free replacement carrier plus a full refund, and that recall notice and remedy remain openly published years later.

Weight limits are stated plainly at 7–45 lb across all six carries, the hardware is described down to the two-way adjustable webbing, safety-band strap retention and buckles that click into place, and an independent tester who bought the All Seasons scored it 9 out of 10 for both security and support. Owner reviews across the corpus are clean on buckle slippage, ring failure and seam separation, including units in daily use with intact stitching and buckles after four years.

The carrier contains no lead, toxic dyes, phthalates or flame retardants. Nothing addresses PFAS in the outer fabric or the zip-down mesh, the declaration names no specific components, and no test method, result, laboratory or foam certification is given for the shoulder, waist and lumbar padding.
