This set is single-colour moulded silicone with no printed decals, glazes or painted decoration on the eating surfaces, and ezpz states its silicone is free of lead and cadmium and third-party tested against CPSC requirements. The caveat is that the brand never states outright that the food-contact faces carry no applied coating or ink — it is evident from the plain colourways rather than declared.

We queried the full CPSC recall corpus — 9,944 records spanning June 1973 to August 2026 — and ezpz appears nowhere in it, in any role, at any date. The same corpus returns hundreds of records for comparable juvenile product classes, so the clean result reflects the brand's absence rather than a gap in coverage.

ezpz asserts for its finished cups, bowls and Tiny Spoons that they are third-party quality tested, FDA compliant and CPSC certified, with annual retesting by an independent laboratory against applicable US and international requirements, and an independent comparison piece repeats that FDA-approved and CPSC-certified position. The testing laboratory is not named and no certificate or CPC reference is published.

ezpz publishes the material for every item in the set, sells replacement straws and takes replacement-bag requests, and lists its full retailer network. The manufacturing country and the factory are not published anywhere.
