Parker Quilted Change Pad Cover (Rainbow)

The cotton sateen exterior is named with AZO-free dyes, but no GOTS or OEKO-TEX certification is claimed for this specific cover, unlike a sibling Parker-line cover marketed elsewhere as GOTS certified.

As a cover, the relevant compliance question is fit and restraint compatibility: it fits standard 16x32in change pad mattresses and includes openings for safety straps, which is a concrete but brand-only claim with no external corroboration of restraint usability.

The fill is named as polyester, not polyurethane foam, which avoids the foam/flame-retardant/VOC concern this criterion targets, but no certification, flame-retardant-free statement, or emissions testing is published for the fill.

The cover uses AZO-free dyes, addressing one specific dye-chemistry concern, but there is no fragrance-free statement and the quilted contact surface carries a decorative rainbow print rather than an undyed or plain finish.

We queried the full CPSC recall database covering 1973 to 2026 and found no record naming Crane Baby in any role. The corpus demonstrably covers diapers, cribs, strollers and other nursery goods, so the clean result reflects the brand's record rather than a blind spot.

The cover's own listing claims only AZO-free dyes, with no named certification body or number for this product. A sibling change pad cover in the Parker line is sold elsewhere as GOTS certified, but that claim is not made for this rainbow cover.

The exterior (100% cotton sateen) and the fill (polyester) are disclosed by layer, which is more than many covers disclose, but there is no information on the quilting batting material, thread, or any backing treatment.

No dermatological testing, named institute, or hypoallergenic claim is published anywhere for this cover; the brand's copy focuses on softness and print design rather than any skin-safety testing claim.

Country of manufacture (India) and fabric composition (cotton sateen, polyester fill) are disclosed, but no warranty terms or spare-parts/repair route specific to this item are published beyond a generic damaged-shipment replacement process.
