Silicone Bath Hook

The hook is quick-drying silicone that prevents mold and mildew buildup and dishwasher-safe for sanitizing, but there is no drainage or ventilation design detail since the piece itself is solid rather than a water-holding container.

The hook is described only as 'baby-safe design' and said to support children's product safety requirements generically; no specific standard, test method, or certificate is named for this item, and no small-parts or suction-specific rule is cited.

The hook is made of food-grade, BPA-free silicone, and Parker Baby Co. states its products are made without phthalates, but no broader bisphenol scope (BPS, BPF) or test result is given for the suction-cup part that sits in bath water.

The hooks hold securely to any smooth surface with strong suction, and a retailer repeats this, but no surface list, load limit, or duration is stated, and the FAQ answer offers no more than a bare assurance of strength.

The silicone is named as food-grade and free of formaldehyde, phthalates, BPA, and flame retardants, but the scope statement is brand-wide rather than item-specific, and there is no mention of bisphenol analogues like BPS/BPF or PFAS in the suction-cup material.

We queried the complete CPSC recall database, covering 1973 to 2026, and found no record naming Parker Baby Co. in any role. A control check confirms the corpus covers comparable baby-product categories, so the clean result reflects an actual absence rather than a blind spot.

Products subject to children's safety rules are third-party tested by CPSC-accepted labs and backed by Children's Product Certificates, but no certificate number, lab name, or standard is tied specifically to this bath hook.

Nothing addresses whether the hook or its suction cup could detach and pose a choking hazard, and no small-parts testing or CPC is named for this item specifically.

Parker Baby Co. publishes concrete warranty terms, six months against defects in materials and workmanship with stated exclusions and a repair-first policy, but discloses manufacturing only as 'various countries', with the specific country available by email on request.
