The Lolly 3-Drawer Compact Changer Dresser is a nursery dresser with a removable changing tray, sized for compact nurseries, shared rooms, or apartments. Its three drawers offer full-size storage, and the included changing tray can later be taken off so the piece becomes a standalone kids' dresser. It is designed to complement the Lolly 3-in-1 Convertible Crib, with natural curves, delicate feet, and hidden hardware.
The base is built from sustainably sourced New Zealand pine wood, with TSCA-compliant engineered wood used in the drawer fronts and frame. The finish is applied through a lead- and phthalate-safe multi-step painting and staining process, and the dresser is GREENGUARD Gold and FSC certified. We've had this dresser for 3.5 years and it has served us well. It is good looking and solid, the height is fantastic for changing babies, and the curved corners and pulls add an extra layer of safety we appreciate. Unlike some reviewers, we have never had issues with the drawers sliding off the tracks, however our drawers only slide open about halfway, so I wonder if there was a design change at some point. This is my one gripe with the dresser, as it makes it difficult to utilize the entire space and access items easily.

With only 2 weeks until my granddaughter is born, the delivey of the dresser was important. Starting with the condition of the container, which half of the carton was torn open, I was very concerned. My son in law picked up the dresser (it took 2 people - very heavy). I was just relieved to receive it. Upon opening, we discovered about 30 pieces of wood and a bunch of stickers. It was not clear to me that this would be delivered totally unassembled - just pieces of wood in the box. It would take someone very knowledgeable to complete the assembly. DO NOT ORDER this expecting a dresser to be delivered. This is only for someone who is skilled at making a pile of wood into a piece of furniture.

We've had our Lolly 3-drawer dresser for a little over 2 years. In that time, the drawer slides have broken about 5 times. I am a fairly handy person, and I was able to re-secure them myself. However, on my most recent repair attempt today, the ball bearings popped loose, and I can't seem to find all of them to get it back together. The main issue is that (A) the sides are made of a lower quality fiber board (not solid wood) AND (B) the sides are too thin to use appropriate screws. On top of that, the gap between the sides of the drawers and the sides of the dresser interiors seems to be 10mm on each side. This means that the manufacturer had to use (or probably purposely decided to use) a cheaper light-duty drawer slide. And, because the gap is non-standard (0.5 inch on each side would have been standard), you can't even find a good heavier-duty replacement online. So, after just 2 years, this piece of furniture is likely headed for the curb.
