Stage 2 Variety Pack

Every pouch type in this pack has its own published heavy-metal certificate from an ISO 17025-accredited lab (Light Labs, by ICP-MS/MS), and each latest lot is within the per-serving limits for arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury: Okinawan Sweet Potato, Banana & Taro (lot 07/15/27), Kabocha, Pineapple & Breadfruit (lot 09/03/27), Avocado, Kale, Banana, & Pineapple (lot 06/19/27). No certificate is issued for the pack as a whole; its coverage rests on the stated pack contents.

The pouches themselves are the only food-contact surface here, and nothing in the brand materials names the pouch polymer, its laminate, or any bisphenol or phthalate status for the packaging that touches the puree.

The product is labeled 'Stage 2' with flavor purees aimed at growing taste buds, which is consistent with food introduction guidance, but the page gives no reasoning for the stage assignment or the age band it targets.

Nothing in brand materials addresses storage temperature limits, freezing, warming guidance, or a replacement schedule for the pouch packaging.

We queried the CPSC recall registry directly across its full history and found no record naming this brand in any role. The query's corpus and date range are stated and a control confirms the product class is covered, so this is a confirmed clean history.

Every pouch type in this pack carries the instruction to refrigerate it once opened and eat it within 24 hours, in the brand's own words on each flavour; it is not stated for the pack itself, and nothing covers warming or broken seals.

The Hawaii Seal of Quality and Made in Hawaii with Aloha certifications attest to regional origin rather than any food-safety or chemical-testing standard, and no certificate number, test method or result accompanies either claim.

We found disclosure that production moved from a small co-manufacturer to the brand's own Waipahu, Hawaii facility, but no published materials list, ingredient-sourcing detail, or warranty/spare-parts terms for this product.

It uses only whole fruits and vegetables with no fillers or synthetic preservatives, and a third party calls the products 'organic', but no certification scheme, certificate scope, or specific ingredient origins are named for this pouch.

Nothing in brand materials names the pouch laminate, spout polymer, or states the packaging free of bisphenols or phthalates.
